Prices are shown in euros and include the VAT applicable on the day of booking. City tax and additional services are added at invoicing.
A valid bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) is required as a guarantee. Payment is made directly at the hotel, except for prepaid rates, charged at the time of booking.
Amendment and cancellation conditions depend on the rate booked. Prepaid bookings can be neither amended nor refunded.
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out before 12pm. A late check-out may be granted subject to availability, for a supplement.
Baby equipment — cot, high chair and bottle warmer — is provided on request.
The hotel welcomes pets on request, at €30 per night.
The hotel is a 100% non-smoking establishment. Smoking and vaping are prohibited, in the rooms as well as the common areas.
In the event of an early departure, the night of the departure day remains payable. Any complaint must be submitted within 15 days of departure.
